MiBoSo Stretch
MiBoSo (Mind, Body, & Soul) Stretch is a trauma-informed restorative yoga experience that includes breathing meditations to soothe and calm the mind; gentle restorative movements to stretch and relax the body; and mindful moments to search the soul. These practices calm, balance, and restore the nervous system and decrease stress. An exercise mat is suggested. A stretch band, bolster/cushion/firm pillows are optional
